my boss is so retarded. he is the ceo. small company. nice guy. but he's paralyzed when it comes to change. basic things, no brainers. stuff users complain about for years that would have zero downside to change, and take 5min or less (literally). he's like 'golly i dont know it's a tough one'. it's not a tough one. real nice guy, but kind of unreal sometimes. i dont even bother escalating tickets half the time because im tired of having him just close them with some braindead reason.
