Which is perfectly fine in America, the restaurants allow the waitresses/waiters to use their facility to make more money than usual
The problem with tipping culture in America is it is inflating for no fucking reason and being applied to non service tasks
In Europe it is different, and the rest of the world
The restaurants pay a very fair liveable wage to their waiters/waitresses
