I thought that beating women was still legal in Russia? What is wrong with Russia? There have to be some Western countries where beating women is at least tolerated or decriminalized. There have to be at least some Slavic countries, Balkan countries, and/or eastern European countries where beating women is at least tolerated/decriminalized. Right? .... right??????
