You can say that with WHM and BLM, but not SCH.
Sure, you're spamming Broil for DPS, but you also have to stop your rotation to pre-plan shields at the appropriate time. Use mitigations, which some relies on your pet and aetherflow system. Your pet has some jank they still can't seem to fix and we just have to tolerate it. Your aetherflow can be a matter of DPS spam or spamming it for heals/mits, depending if you have a good co-healer or an absolute dog-shit one.
