I want to think there's a way peaceful co-existence can work but I'm not convinced. I think seggregation needs brought back, because race erasure will never happen, and civil war level escalations should be fully allowed under any circumstance in which the seggregated initiates it. Pointless killing would ideally be regarded as grounds for violent escalation.
