Then wear New Balances like Steve Jobs in that pic, or boots. If you are over 30 then you should be wearing boots anyway. If full on boots are too larpy, then get some low top work boots. But yeah, most sneakers are too zoomer and teenager coded these days, except New Balance. Until a few years ago New Balances were associated with middle aged dads and boomers. You can still pull them off today as a 30+ guy.
