If NATO truly cares about the security of Europe and the world, it should stop adding fuel to the fire and instigating confrontation," he said during a regular press conference.

At the same time, the spokesperson refused to respond to requests to confirm or deny information from Ukrainian media regarding the deployment of 600 Chinese military personnel to Russia to gain combat experience.
