Assuming your sister is actully a bit on the soft side and you plan on helping your sister get in shape, you should consider starting fucking her during you training her.
If you do it before she gets fit, she could dump you to distance herself from her chubby past (plus she will get a lot more attention and a confidence boost).
If you do it after, she could gaslight herself that this is just for her body and not her personality (or sisterly womb).

There's a guy at work who has an accent and looks european (trust us, we can tell). I think he might be slav, but I never really talked to him before because busy. I'm walking behind him and a jeet and overhear the word "Russian". My ears perk up so I catch up to listen in and hear him telling the jeet:

That doesn't make any sense. Usually you get a mobility kill first by aiming at the engine (preferable) or treads. Then you try to detonate the ammo rack or (in case of IFV/APC) fly inside to blow your load after crew evacs like the 5th drone did.
