You stare down the Ninth Universe's last fighter, seeing he's far more adept than his brothers. With his build and the way his younger siblings fought, he's going to probably change it up and start with a jab, and from that unorthodox angle it limits your counters. But as you both circle one another, waiting for the other to make the first move, the Grand Priest suddenly calls out.
“The third match of the Zen-Oh Expo! Begin!” he declares from above, Bergamo immediately dashing straight to your right. You meet his charge with your own, maintaining distance between you reflexively, comparing speed. You're barely trying to keep up as he sprints, then turns on his left foot, dashing towards you. So you mirror him with your right, charging in as well. Ready as he chambers a left, you also watching his right for the fake-out, only to surprise you with a right turning kick aimed at your head. Which you easily block with your forearm, the two of you disengaging on opposite sides of where you were before. Only for Bergamo to sprint again off to the side, then blur as he tries to dash around behind you. But you're far faster than him in this form, turning and meeting his attempted ambush head-on, shins clashing as your turning kicks meet in the air. You then follow up with a left straight into a right, a classic 1-2, forcing him to raise his arms and block your strikes before retaliating with a right hook of his own. Which you duck then retaliate with a rising right to the guts that he blocks with his shin. The two of you going back and forth, Bergamo blocking your warm up strikes as you dodge or block his, letting the slow speed of this fight serve as a warm-up.
You are Chaya, Goddess of Victory, Champion of Dreadzone, and as you trade blows with Bergamo, you have to admit he's actually skilled. Unlike his brothers, who either used dirty tricks or limited themselves to only one style of blows, he's a far better fighter, using various attacks to try and land a blow. Unfortunately for him, however, the power gap is simply too wide. Even in your relaxed Super Saiyan God state, barely using any of this form's divine power, he's clearly struggling. The gap between you is simply too big. Which he seemingly realizes, thrusting a knife hand at your eyes. But you stop the blow easily, catching his wrist well-short of your face.
“Hmph. You're pretty good. It's too bad I have to destroy you.” Bergamo says, arm going relaxed in your grip as he starts to pull back. So you let him, curious what he's up to as you don't feel threatened by his power so far. Only for him to not try and attack, but spread his arms wide. Leaving himself completely wide-open. “Hit me. And as soon as you'll do, you'll see why in the Ninth Universe I'm called 'Bergamo the Crusher'. Hah haah!”
