its really easy. IIRC you need an egg, a bit of flour, salt, and milk. Maybe 2 eggs. It has to be a thick liquid. Liquid enough so you can pour it and spread it tilting the pan, but thick enough for it to have a little bit of body
It is as fast as the other guy said, 30 seconds a side. I use sunflower oil so the mix doesnt stick to the pan, and every 4 or 5 'tortillas' I pour a little bit of oil
