someone i like keeps calling my moonie fake nice, and i don't know how to convince them that i'm just a person who tries hard to be like, well, nice. i'm probably not by default, but i spent a long time trying to behave right and treat people well and generally be a net positive for civilization.
how the fuck do i get someone to stop being paranoid and just enjoy the good thing they have in front of them? me being nice isn't a trick or a trap, i just want to make some friends and have a nice time with them.
advice please.
