You appear to be severely under-informed on the subject. Britain hasn't had a capable navy since the cold war days at the latest. Their latest accomplishments are having more admirals than warships, failing to launch their staple missiles during trials and being unable to supply their aircraft carrier to help tackle the Red sea crisis. Chinese navy dwarfs the bong one both in quantity, displacement, years of production and likely by the amount of drills they do.
