pretty much people have been blaming animal fat when they should have been blaming PUFAs, and this started with that one time they blamed health problems on butter, but it turns out it was not animal fat what they were using in the study it was margarine ( made with seed oil)

So if you ever remember something blamed on animal fat like heart problems... it was actually seed oil, the worst part is that they still use that study to this day to say that seed oil is good because they compare it to animal fats
