Both Lynx and Scarab were pretty decent in Nicieza's Robin/Red Robin stuff. Scarab was an Egyptian woman who worked as an assassin and just made for a good recurring foe for Tim. I assume there was intended to be more regarding her because she was kept as kind of mysterious except it was mentioned that she was kind of young; cool armor design.

Lynx was the leader of a criminal group called the Golden Dragons but was in reality a mole for the Hong Kong police who trained teenagers to infiltrate gangs... or so she said. The whole thing was that Tim was never sure if that was true or she was lying. Some retards take him "rejecting" her as proof that Tim is a fag despite the entire point of their interactions being that they are fucking mega-horny for each other (she seriously knocks him out a window while fighting him, then they start making out in midair and damn near start fucking when they land on a roof) and Tim would keep half-heartedly rejecting her because he was afraid of getting into a complicated relationship like Bruce and Selina had despite the fact he was blatantly into her. I don't think either of shown up at all since the reboot.
