I severely doubt it because even Tekken 8 barely has rollback and the recent "release" of SC2 on Nintendo Switch 2 Online is also delay-based. I doubt anyone in that company has the will or expertise to dig inside the code of their old games anymore. SC2 on NSO is just an emulated ROM, but the idea of Namco implementing rollback for emulators of consoles that aren't even theirs is probably also out of question. SC1 on Fightcade has rollback because Flycast has a generic rollback implementation of it, it works with every game by rewinding the game's logic when necessary. However, that leads to jumpy animations that ruin the game's fluidity when ping jumps. Also, that game doesn't have Cassandra.
