It's a slow burn kind of game, so those with ADHD or if you don't like overtly cheery anime type cliches might not enjoy it. It's still a great game, though. It's got some pretty fucking serious points and is one of the only games I've seen that handles a love triangle the correct way.
The translation can be iffy at times, but Vyse's optimism comes through strong, regardless. Even if he can be an absolute cunt sometimes due to the translation errors.

It probably will be like every other potential remake, in that it's better that they didn't, so maybe it was a blessing in disguise. It sucks, since I'm sure Reiko Kodama would have been thrilled to do a proper sequel.
When she saw that Skies of Arcadia map on Sega Transformed, she actually started crying. I wouldn't mind more SoA cameos and homages.
