Tusk doesn't have infinite speed he has infinite gravity, gravity in Jojo has two different meanings but I think using the real world meaning of gravity would (somehow) allow you to affect space-time to make it possible to move during a Timestop.

Makima can't kill WoU directly (after a couple of re reads I'm 98% sure CSM as a whole lacks spiritual interaction) but she can kill Tooru and maybe Unbound WoU might stick to someone else (as that thing seems to be quite mindless)
Against GER there's not much Me Queen can do other than killing Giorno before he can use the arrow.

That would unironically trigger calamity, WoU is borderline schizophrenic with it's activation requirements it almost feels like Shitpost

WoU works by manipulating the Logic of the world, technically it isn't making shit more lethal but making you experience the most unlikely and worst possibility of one specific event (During the piercing Rain attack for example Josuke was the only one affected by it, all the cops around him and the car were completely fine under the rain)

>Calamity doesn't count as an "attack", so Makima is not immortal to it
Irrelevant because Devils like Makima can resurrect by drinking blood, and Makima controls someone with a contract that specifically allows her to resurrect
>Tooru is not a Japanese citizen ("Satoru Akefu" is a fake identity), so the damage would never redirect to him
Irrelevant to the argument
>Tooru doesn't control the camality, so controlling him won't do anything
Tooru can turn off his own stand (otherwise Yasuho would be dead before the final showdown in the Higashitaka house) controlling him means stopping WoU altogether
>Calamity affects the whole world, so it could kill every Japanese citizen to make Makima run out of lives
Such a calamity would inevitably kill Tooru himself, and that would take such an absurd amount of time that it's almost impossible for the battle to end in such a way
>Killing Tooru doesn't kill Wonder of U
True, but you can't say it's a win for Tooru if the guy is dead
Also Postmortem WoU is literally fearless, he went after a complete random (Norisuke) instead of someone involved with the dead of his user, so it's entirely possible WoU just sticks to Katanaman or someone else other than makima
>Makima cannot kill concepts (that's why she wanted Chainsaw Man's power), meaning she can't kill Wonder of U because it is calamity itself
True but I already addressed this above
>Calamity would eventually just throw something strong enough to bypass Makima's regeneration
It would take some time as Calamity gets stronger the more intense is the pursuing, but that still means that the order of calamity would be fucked up because all the hybrids could easily jump At Tooru while Makima is being targeted.
