That Dvergr fruit is a pretty neat idea, and is the only one I've seen that could explain Ragnir other than it being ancient tech. Could also explain why no one else can lift it, if only the user can.
Technically, dwarves already exist with the Tontatta, so might be some Mythical Tontatta fruit? Maybe it gives Loki a long nose like Usopp lol. The Fafnir fruit would also be very appropriate.
