not sure that it's better than what you're currently doing, but this is what i'd try:
make sure yuzuha has the needed ATT and AM for her max buffs. remove AM from piper and stack AP with ATT instead, plus fanged metal. have yuzuha quick assist into piper, not burnice.
for the second fight, bring miyabi / astra / vivian if you have them. i don't qyingi or zhu, so i'm not sure how they're supposed to work. but my guess is stun with qyingi (doing defensive switches too, to stun faster), then EX fast with nicole and then EX fast with zhu (rotating if you have too much energy), then just punching with zhu until he wakes up. maybe also try chain canceling, meaning, chain nicole->quick assist to zhu ->cancel ->chain nicole->quick assist to zhu
