She also answered this and said "neither" and that it's basically for business reasons.

Someone also asked why she was leaving now instead of when her contract renewed (She said earlier it was in a couple months) and her response was basically that she asked to leave and they took care of it. Which to me makes it seem like they chose this time to go through with it deliberately.
