This doesn't make any sense. The ONLY reason she has EVER been relevant was because of Skirk's freeze-only limitation. If she didn't have that literally no one would be using Shenhe right now, we'd be using Bennett.
She is the weakest link in Skirk's premium teams, to the point that Mualani is better for damage. The next good cryo that comes out will make her irrelevant.
