for macro and stuff I think the best way is just watching vods of your champ / role and copying their general moves
if you try it in a game and it doesnt work watch the vod and try and figure out what went wrong
a lot of macro stuff can be very game dependent though.
like whether they scale harder than you is a big factor in if you just want to send the game diving them and grouping and losing waves for it
