I'm 100% convinced this is the case as I've been stuck at ultra rank 4 because I will get one game I will be top of my team than next get team mates that actively refuse to engage with the game.

Last game just had a Glaceon that would refuse to engage in fights because he got spoked by the early engagement making us get snowballed. Doesn't help I'm a support main so it always feels like I'm baby sitting teams but it's the only way I've been able to climb rank because no one ever wants to support and well, I enjoy playing support in MOBAs even if it's a thankless job.
