you don't need to be that early for trains, the security checks are super fast and they only start checking tickets 15 minutes before boarding. 30 minutes before departure is usually enough time, and an hour is more than enough
just leave enough time for transport + 2 hours for the airport
if it really makes you that tired to plan stuff, and you're not at all excited about it, then maybe (solo) travelling doesn't suit you
