The Gaza strip is under siege, blockade, and genocide. They were impoverished as hell before Israel launched this invasion. They sure as hell don't have the means to infiltrate Israeli telegram channels and do some elaborate false flag to make it seem like Israelis are celebrating the death/suffering of Palestinian children. Occam's Razor is that its much simpler and more likely that this is actual real Israelis doing it.
