natural bodybuilding = 160lbs MAX on stage. and those are the very best guys ever. average natural "bodybuilder" will never even be that big. do you want to look like alberto nunez? if you just like to lift weights and be 15% bf that is fine, but you are not a BODYBUILDER. and if you do want to be an ACTUAL bodybuilder, you will never even look as good as alberto. and he doesn't look great in contest condition. no natty does.
