Depends on what you enjoy doing. Some small towns are better than others in terms of services available(high speed internet, supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals or clinics, etc). One of my friends said he hated living in his small town because there weren't many places where he could hang out. But if you're someone who enjoys staying at home unlike him, you shouldn't feel like that imo.
