Picrel is a very worthwhile reference as well. And as far as traditional gunsmithing goes there are few skills that are unique to that, most are easily learned as basic fundamentals. Most traditional gunsmithing is just basic metalwork: filework, making springs, basic machine tool operation, brazing, soldering, etc. There are loads of videos on Youtube and old trade school textbooks that can teach you those things.
