That's my thought process on it. A battledeck needs to want to use said ace spec for it to be included, but none of the BW cards want a secret box. Maybe mega gardevoir does for that stadium but that's a stretch, and wouldnt be out till like the end of the year anyway.

I'm not sure they'd make another trainer tool kit currently too, all the supporters like iono, research, boss, other staple item cards like nest ball are all rotating next year. It would be very counter productive to print a trainers toolkit now when majority of it will become obsolete in about 7 months. I very much see them making one around the 2026 rotation time, it's perfect. Since all the supporters/items will have their replacements out by then
