Both Lupa and Augusta wear a breastplate which many gladiators do in Spetimont.
Lupas skintight suit is also seen on gladiators albeit in different color and with a midriff.
Augusta wears a toga which is also commonly seen on Septimont citizens except her is more loose.
Then again she is a ruler so of course she won't look the same as normal citizens.
