Okay so first there were marisad posts and marisad edits with that wide marisad face and people used to make actually funny posts with them or just used them as reaction pics
Then there were a bunch of posts with marisa where someone said they were gay or maybe trans (idk my memory is jaded) so people started using the word marisissy. The real marisissy (or marisissies?) is gone but someone used those reaction pics as fuel for their diaper shitposting (pun intended) and people mistakenly thought this was the same guy so they just used marisissy and maridiapy synonomously.
