Sounds good to me.
My daily exercise routine is now:
>4x12 single-leg leg extension (superset each leg)
>4x12 30 second isometric leg extension holds (alternate legs each rep, the bar only rests between sets)
>4x12 leg extensions (both legs, so they don't forget how to cooperate)
