Campus Mode Fes is increased rates, so 7.5% SSR.
Of that, 3% for produce idol cards, and 4.5% support cards.

If you wanna get real in the weeds:
Misuzu's on rate up, at 0.75%
Sumika and China are also Fes exclusive but not main rate up, so they're 0.136%
Same for that support card, at 0.333%
