I legitimately don't see how you could struggle with other ubers if you kill Sirus (without struggling through it). Either you have giga damage which will also trivialise other ubers (maybe not UberUberElder because so many forced hp gates) or you have low damage but are mechanically skilled enough to navigate the last phase of Sirus fight for a long time in which case you should have very easy time with the other ubers as well.
