Around the time of first watch, a circle is burned blue into the ground, a larger circle then any before, covering the exact space and size of a 10 foot diameter circle carved/drawn with chalk and precious metals into a kevlar tarp that is hammer-poled into the ground. The tarp is 20ft by 20ft.

Upon it materializes a large bladder that when tested appears to be full of gasoline or jet fuel. Doc and Wildcat, without explanation, run a hose from it to the generator and kick the generator on at full capacity. Using tools, some other people, and possibly bribing Saki with chocolate, they get the thing moved off the "landing zone"
