That sounds like a good idea. I saved this pic of the air-fryer someone gave me to start with. I think I would feel more familiar with using a fryer for more conventional, less exotic dishes.
All I really use now is a pan or roaster pan, and it feels a bit limiting. I make steak, chops, chicken and burgers but thats about it. But anons tell me a fryer is more efficient, which I like. And to put it one way, I think I would like stir fry more than chinese generally, if that makes sense. Like, I am not trying to learn chinese cuisine exactly so much as just learn how to make some nice stir fry dishes.
