That depends. If any of our heroes die that will probably be incredibly heartbreaking due to the extra character development compared to Undertale but there is no way the sad stuff during the final boss (assuming that it is a Holiday or something and not like Kris or another main cahracter) won't hit as hard as Asriel since we are expecting that kind of thing now and the weird route likely can't pull something as shocking as Sans.
