I notice that I generally tend to eat vegetables randomly. Like many people, one day I might be having steak for lunch, and the next day I'll be having pasta Bolognese, and so on, without paying attention to the types of vegetables and vitamins I consume at each dinner, lunch, and dinner.
This brought a question to mind: what would be the most essential vegetables and friuts to guarantee a vitamin-rich life for my body?

Seeing so much about current wars, I find it curious how many of us unwittingly engage in behaviors that feel like inherited traumas from the last century. For example:
