What do you do with your quarry holes? I was thinking about covering up the bedrock level with stone then putting a roof on it, but now that I actually see the hole I realise the problem: there is no obvious "roof" level, and if I pick one it will likely not fit in if I keep extending the quarry.

I suppose I could fill it with water to sea level, but that would take for-fucking-ever.
