Consider whether you can mash together ape names/words/etc and the group(s) you are using for inspiration. If you're willing to misuse scientific terminology you can get more puns in there, like the Affen-SS (Schutz Simian). If you wanna take KKK stuff, they loved adding Ks to stuff, so your racist apes could wear kapes and also be referred to AS kapes, apes who have taken up the kape.
I think "Korang Klutan" sounds like a decent, kinda-funny name for the racist apes, so I'd say maybe go with orangs. Orangs also have more distinctive face-shapes with their cheek pads, which could play into their masks and iconography as a group.

Hylobatids is basically all gibbons, which are more closely related to us and other great apes than other monkeys iirc. Whether Gibbons are part of the racist ape team or not is your call.

Monkeys are split into Old World and New World monkeys. Old World monkeys are more closely related to the apes than they are to New World monkeys.
Most new world monkeys have broad noses with sideways-facing nostrils - so nose-based racism is totally on the table, too.
