They ruined it themselves by allowing those scam call centers to flourish in their country, to the point that many Americans received (at one point) scam calls every day, even multiple scam calls a day.

Indians in the US were once thought of as an industrious "model minority" that valued education and often pursued service sector entrepreneurship (motels, convenience stores, franchise restaurants).
No one hated them, before the scam calls.
If I were an Indian-American, especially first gen, I'd hate India even more than people in this thread.
