So what are the actual changes in 6.2 for AI anyway? Hard to get an idea of what's changed.

With minor factions being made stronger, does that mean I can find the High Elf donut under the rule of Chrace or something?

The other changes made it sound like the AI would just be running away more, it sounds lame.
