Gio strikes me as the type of guy who showers (or well, maybe bathes since he's japanese) daily as he likely values appearances. However, he spends all day in a stuffy suit, and he's got a bulkier build so there's less room between his thighs to let things breathe. So I imagine by the end of the day, his crotch is a smelly swamp, regardless of how much effort he put into washing up that morning. Though I guess I could see him skipping a shower for a day or two if he's been preoccupied with a mission, but he'll make sure to wash up before his next meeting.
