Hell, in the Christian sense, as a place you go to after you die where you are tormented for eternity, does not exist, so no.
Hell is symbolic of the transformative power of the Self, of the transformation process itself. It burns, it hurts. Magic will no doubt, definitely make you go to Hell in this sense: there will be moments of profound solitude, of uncertainty, doubt, depression and all that. Hell is the feeling of separation. You will 100% be infused with the horrid and deep power of the hellish forces, but fear not. If you can take it, sustain it and not lose hope and faith you will penetrate this and any other darkness and be rewarded for it, and not after death but in life. As for the afterlife, having cleared out all of those dark forces in life will surely result in a much more lighter soul after death.
