Oberon isnt a servant you question if you need or want, you roll so you have him. then for other servants summer skadi+proto merlin are both really/kinda good for quick/arts and gogh for crit buffing for non-kukulkan foreigners. ciel is also pretty fuckin jacked as a ST buster servant both offensively+defensively
