Has a ton of mixed reviews.
I quit the original game after the insane power creep over what felt like 6 months leading up the to school/college magic bullshit expansion.

My main issue was that everything felt like the same 6-7-8 turn OTK combo slop and matches felt like they were decided by the coin toss.
Is it still the same?
Do I get anything for having an old account? (I'm not sure I still remember my codes, but steam should have saved it I hope.)
I'm pretty burnt out by yugioh now for similar reasons. Monetary cost and power creep.

Is dragon still plagued by the cringe anime shit?
Also how is the "economy"? I remember I owned pretty much every card and didn't spend a TON of money, maybe a couple 100€ as a catch up mechanic.

Seems like the AI gen spammer guy quit too? I think I have a lot of the generated sword chick saved somewhere.
