Failed concept. She's an unsettling skeletal cyborg, inferior Poppi copy, and deliberately shit version of Corvin. Really, she's a microcosm of XC3's design as a whole. Derivative of games that came before it, copies stuff from them but does it in half-measures, and holds back to "avoid past mistakes" so it ends up falling short of what it could have been.

Imagine if Ino was a cute peppy loli bot and a good dodge tank. She'd have been hugely popular. Missed opportunity.
