For simplicity's sake, or those that just hate nexus like I do, these are all of the "Defenceless" mods that add panties into the game.
Take all of those files, drop them in SteamApps/common/(RF folder)/Game/Content/Paks and it'll automatically apply everything.
In addition to adding panties, it also changes Kaguya's whack-ass swimsuit into a more traditional two-piece.
