I mean, kind of.
I think of my headless body as "me" but without a head holding him back, more impulsive, instinct-driven, etc.
Unable to feel or control my body at all, it does become something of a separate entity. I enjoy the idea of thinking about what my body would get up to without me, people being attracted to him, getting it on, etc.
It's weirdly enjoyable being just a head knowing people are getting enjoyment out of my body or seeing/talking to him as if he were "me".
