It’s silly to hard-prioritize minimizing cost, but some of the cheaper ones would probably be sardines, tuna, and Costco rotisserie chickens. You can probably find cheaper that are impractical like trying to consume 5 scoops of protein powder a day, or you can find “deals” like a bunch of fatty ground beef that ends up defeating the purpose of /fit/ tier protein content, so really just try to stick with chicken breast, eggs, tinned fish, and <8% fat ground beef.
Picrel is 48g protein 330 cal; 1 cup 2% fage greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup blueberries. Not the cheapest but a good post workout.
